🔄 Our Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for damaged or defective products. If your order arrives in a condition that doesn't meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we've got you covered.

Please note: We currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than damaged or defective products.

📸 How to Raise a Replacement Request

  • 🎬 Step 1 — Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This is mandatory for all replacement claims and must be recorded before the package is fully opened.
  • 📅 Step 2 — Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • 📷 Step 3 — Share the unboxing video along with clear images of the damaged product and packaging
  • ✅ Step 4 — Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

⚠️ Important: Replacement claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Please make it a habit to record your unboxing for every Framestory order.

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

❌ What Is Not Covered

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect size/style ordered
  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences (as mentioned in our product descriptions)
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video

💳 Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds at this time. All eligible claims will be resolved through a product replacement. We aim to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you.
